Scott has crabs. Well....just crab.
This is a mud crab. But dont let the name fool you, these things are better than blue crabs. I apologize to my people on the Eastern Shore, but they are. They taste like a mix of blue crab and lobster. This thing was about 7 inches across, 3 or 4 inches thick, and about 5 inches wide. It also weighed somewhere around 2 kilos. Mean bastard too. Mean, but delicious.
